Hi, I'm Kacey Cofield, a personal trainer based in Kittery, Maine. Fitness has always been a big part of my life but my true passion is helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I truly believe health is wealth. Without energy and well-being, it's hard to live life to the fullest.
After years of personal training, I hit a moment of honest reflection. My clients were showing up, putting in the work, and making progress in the gym but when they walked out that door, the results would stall. Because one or two hours with me couldn't fix what was happening the other 22 hours of the day. The workouts weren't the problem. The missing piece was everything else: nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress, and a plan that actually connected it all.
So I created The Vitality Method.
A program that goes deeper. That treats fitness, nutrition, and overall health as one whole picture, not separate boxes to check. We care about your sleep. We care about your stress. We track your progress and we're with you every single step of the way. Because real results don't come from an hour in the gym, they come from a life built around your health.
My training is rooted in progressive overload, gradually increasing reps and weights to build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve strength in a way that's sustainable long term. Every program is personalized, every movement is intentional, and nothing is one-size-fits-all.
